We are a brand at an early but real stage, paying customers, a handful of trusted retail partners, and a DTC channel that is starting to find its rhythm. What we do not have yet is someone whose full attention goes to making it grow.
That is the role. You will be the first dedicated growth hire. You will work directly with the founder. There is no committee, no approval chain, and no middle layer. There is also no playbook yet, you will write it.
Paid acquisition Own Meta and Google, from creative briefing to budget decisions to reading what the data is actually telling you. We are not looking for someone who manages agencies. We are looking for someone who knows the channel.
Influencer & UGC Build a consistent creator pipeline suited to the niche fragrance world. not mass lifestyle, but people whose taste means something to their audience. Identify the right voices, structure outreach, and translate relationships into content that converts.
Retention & email Extrait buyers are considered buyers. The repeat purchase cycle is longer, but the lifetime value is higher. Build flows and campaigns that respect that, no spray-and-pray newsletters.
Performance visibility Right now the founder tracks everything manually. You will introduce structure: a shared view of CAC, contribution margin, channel efficiency, and what to do about all of it.

You do not need to have scaled a €50M business. This is not that stage. What matters is that you have owned outcomes before, not just tasks and that you can operate without someone telling you what to do next. An affinity for fragrance, craft, or premium consumer goods helps. It does not need to be on your CV, but it should be genuine.
Fully remote. Asynchronous by default, with regular syncs with the founder. You set your own schedule as long as results are moving. Compensation is a base plus performance upside tied to revenue growth, we will be transparent about the numbers during the process.
Scope: Full ownership of all growth channels from day one
