14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our creations and want you to feel confident in your decision to shop with us. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

Extra Sample Included

With every order, we include an extra sample of the purchased fragrance. This allows you to experience the scent before opening the original package. If the scent of your purchased perfume doesn't align with your preferences, you can return the unopened original package for a full refund.

Easy Return Process

Returning a product is simple and convenient. Just follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Pack the items securely in the original packaging.
3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Once we receive the returned items, we'll process your refund.

Conditions

• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within [number of days] after receiving the returned items.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Return Costs

You are accountable for covering the expenses associated with the return shipping of your item. The charges for shipping are non-reimbursable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping cost will be subtracted from the total refund amount.

The duration for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For items valued over €100, it is advisable to opt for a trackable shipping service or acquire shipping insurance. We cannot assure receipt of your returned item.

Refund

Upon receipt and examination of your return, an email will be dispatched to inform you of the successful reception of your returned item. Furthermore, you will be promptly notified regarding the acceptance or denial of your refund request. In the event of approval, the refund process will be initiated, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your designated credit card or the original payment method used, typically within a specific timeframe.
