All products that are sold on ateliercharisma.com are officialy sold by Atelier Charisma. Atelier Charisma is a registered business based in Heemskerk, the Netherlands. Atelier Charisma is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 77833244 and has VAT identification number NL003245221B75.

By accessing and using our website or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not proceed with any purchase or use of our website.

Product Information

However, we do not warrant that such information is completely error-free or updated. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

B. All products are subject to availability. In the event that a product is unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you and provide alternative options or offer a refund at our discretion.

Pricing and Payment

A. All prices on our website are displayed in the currency stated and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees, which will be added to the final price during the checkout process.

B. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect any orders already placed.

Shipping and Delivery

A. We offer shipping services to various locations as specified on our website. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process and are subject to change based on location and availability. In general, orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after purchase.

B. We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. However, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates, as they may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as shipping carriers or customs authorities.

C. The risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect the package upon delivery and promptly notify us of any visible damage or discrepancies.

Returns and Refunds

A. We are committed to your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Retention of Title

We, Atelier Charisma, establish the following conditions regarding ownership retention in accordance with our consignment-based sales service. These conditions apply to all transactions between Atelier Charisma and its customers.

1. Definition Ownership retention means that the ownership of the delivered products only transfers to the customer once full payment for the respective products has been received by Atelier Charisma.

2. Application This ownership retention applies to all products supplied by Atelier Charisma to its customers on a consignment basis.

3. Transfer of Ownership Ownership of the delivered products remains with Atelier Charisma until the customer has made full payment for the respective products, including any additional costs such as shipping fees and taxes.

4. Consignment Sales Atelier Charisma reserves the right to supply products on a consignment basis to customers. Under this arrangement, ownership of the products remains with Atelier Charisma until the customer has sold these products and received full payment.

5. Product Retrieval In the event that the customer defaults on payment for the delivered products, Atelier Charisma reserves the right to retrieve the delivered products without prior notice. The customer agrees to promptly inform Atelier Charisma in case of such payment default.

6. Claim in Bankruptcy In the event that the customer becomes bankrupt or initiates an insolvency proceeding, Atelier Charisma reserves the right to reclaim its ownership of the products that have not yet been fully paid for, regardless of the status of these products in the customer's inventory.

By placing an order with Atelier Charisma, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Atelier Charisma reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
